Column Based On Books The Cloud Searchers (Amulet #3)
I liked this book because it was a scary at the beginning but it got better and it was more of a kinda happy ending. I think this would be perfect for 5th graders who like Graphic books. It is different from the second book because this one is where they are fighting against the elves in the clouds. Will the Amulet group make it through the tunnel clouds and the bad weather?

Kazu seems to have a different mode of transportation for each book. This one is by air. The crew is looking for the secret city of Cielis. These books do go fast. There is also a bounty hunter in this book. There is a bit of a cliff hanger in this book and it's not the end. The imagination in the book is some amazing world creating. I enjoy the artwork with its bold visuals. I find this series to be fun and engaging. A well told story with pictures.I am hooked on this series and I look forward

Not only is this issue filled with Kazu Kibuishi's outstanding art, not only does it continue the awesomely creative world building of Amulet, but also it starts to add a much needed layer of depth to the characters.I'm now excited to see what Trelis and Luger's relationship is to the Elf King. I want to learn what the Elf King's plans for Emily. And even the origin of the stone is starting to seem like it'll be more than just a One Ring ripoff from The Lord of the Rings.I will definitely read

MY BLOG: Melissa Martin's Reading ListSo in this book, the gang are out to find the city of Cielis where the old Guardian Council's Stonekeepers supposedly live... in a fortress in the sky. They have hidden themselves from the evil Elf King but Emily and the gang need information to see if they can help them stop his evilness. So they have to go into town, into a bar, to find a ship that will take them there from a map they found from Emily's great grandfather. Three friends walk into a bar...

This is a book that write by Kazu Kibuishi. And this is the third book of Amulet, it is call the cloud Searchers In the second book, they defent the huge man and now, they join into the Emily and try to defent the ELF king, they want to find the the flying citycielis, in the journey, they have meet the man with ELF kingMaster Gabilan. But finally, they have defent him, and find the flying city.

August 2016This volume was kind of meh. I still love the fox but the mum needs to leave.
